When we bought our Estate in 1997, our aim from the beginning was to emphasise the local Sangiovese grape.
The Sangiovese Umbria IGT “Campo della Fiera”, comes from our young vines planted in 2000 in the East part of the estate overlooking lake Corbara.

|Vinification||The grapes are kept in stainless steel vats at controller temperature of 25°-28°C. Maceration lasts 12-15 days with plunge down of the cap.|
|Ageing and affination||Fermentation and MLF take place in stainless steel vats. The wine undertakes at 2-3 months of affination in bottles before it is released to the market|
|Colour||Purple, ruby red|
|Nose||Delicate notes of fresh fruits, violet and liquorice.|
|Taste||Smooth and well balance. Round with a long lasting.|
|Best with||Italian salami, pasta with meat sauces, barbecue meat and semi mature cheeses.|
